Remington’s Pup Passport was designed to easily record your favorite travel memories you’ve created with your furry friend. There are even places where you can attach photos from your trips! AND it holds all the essential information you would need about your pup in an emergency, like vet, medical, and insurance information. We have also included a fun travel bucket list and a map of the U.S.A. where you can check off the places that you’ve seen together. For extra fun, there is also a page where you name your top 5 favorite destinations and several pages where you can take additional notes while you travel.

*Our Pup Memory Passport is NOT required for travel and is not to be used as a legal passport.*

Remington’s Pup Memory Passport: Basic versus Customized

Basic: You fill out the ID page by hand and attach your own photo (glue stick works best)

Customized: You send us your dog’s information with a photo. We then input it on a formatted template, print it out on transparency, and secure it to your pup passport so it looks more official and professionally done CUSTOMIZED PASSPORTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

How to Customize Your Pup Passport at Home (Basic):

-We suggest using a glue stick when you attach any photos for the smoothest application.

-When filling out information throughout the booklet you can simply write it in by hand.

What We Need to Customize Your Pup Memory Passport (Customized):

You send us your dog’s information with a photo. We then input it on a formatted template, print it out on transparency, and secure it to your pup passport so it looks more official and professionally done. CUSTOMIZED PASSPORTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Shipping Details:

This Pup Passport will be sent via USPS media mail and orders will be shipped out at least once a week. Once shipped, it is estimated to take 2-8 days to arrive.

We currently can only accept orders that ship within the continental United States.

We Donate!

For every Pup Passport sold, we are donating $1 to World Vets, a non-profit organization. Our first year (2022) we were able to donate $20. World Vets is a non-profit organization whose mission is:

“To improve the quality of life of animals, people, and the environments in which they live by providing veterinary services, education, training, and emergency response worldwide including work on companion animals, equids, livestock, wildlife, and marine animals.”

Who is Remington?

Remington was my first dog and we have traveled all over the United States together. He has inspired me to share the tips we’ve learned to help other pet owners to start including their pups in their vacation plans too. Without him, my business Pennies, Places, and Paws would not exist, and I wanted to dedicate our Pup Memory Passport to the pup who made all of this possible.
